This morning, aswell as the past few mornings, Pontus and I went for a walk along the sea here at Ettalong Beach. We admired the houses, the beaches, the beauty of this place and all the birds. We've seen two kinds of cockatoos here, several spicies of parrot (the lorrikeet the most common one, a small parrot that's green, blue and red), magpie (australiensisk skata, in swedish). The magpie makes a really lovely, singing kind of call, really musical, not anything like the "kra-kra-kra" the swedish "skata" makes. I could listen to it all day, it sounds so beautiful! The birds are all really hard to photograph, they hide inside the canopys and bushes or fly very, very fast or sit high up in the trees where it is impossible to get a good shot of them. Some friendly cockatoos allowed us to take some pictures of them thou!
We had a big, delicious breakfast at the café where we had dinner the previous two nights:
Then we continued on our walk and I photographed some houses here. They are so beautiful!
Now we'll get a ride to the trainstation where we'll catch the train back so Sydney. See ya!
